We are writing this letter on behalf of the Kort family in support of Mr. Moataz Sayed Hamza, based on our family's experience with him during an exceptionally difficult and complicated period in our lives.

Following the passing of our father, our family found itself navigating complex matters involving his business, assets, and significant family conflict. There were multiple layers of disagreement, including differing levels of involvement in the family business and disputes involving our stepmother. Emotions were understandably high, and what was already a painful time became increasingly difficult to navigate.

Mr. Hamza represented our family during 2018 and 2019. Throughout that time, our family had the opportunity to observe his professionalism, judgment, and ability to navigate highly emotional and challenging circumstances.

What stood out to our family most was his consistent ability to remain calm, professional, and levelheaded, even when the circumstances around him were anything but.

Despite these challenges, he conducted himself with dignity and grace. He demonstrated patience, sound judgment, and an ability to establish boundaries without escalating tensions.

Members of our family also had the opportunity to observe Mr. Hamza representing our interests during court proceedings. His professionalism left a lasting impression.

Ultimately, Mr. Hamza helped our family navigate an extremely complicated situation and reach a resolution.

We are aware that Mr. Hamza has faced serious professional disciplinary matters, and we do not wish to minimize their significance.

We believe accountability, personal growth, and the opportunity for rehabilitation are important principles.

Our respect for Mr. Hamza comes not simply from the legal assistance he provided, but from the manner in which he conducted himself throughout the process.

During one of the most challenging periods of our lives, Mr. Hamza provided steady guidance and demonstrated qualities that we believe are important in the legal profession.

In 2017, I was offered an investment opportunity that was paying out monthly dividends at 10% of the total capital invested. I work hard for my income and savings, am a parent, and had received a settlement following an accident that I was involved in and I needed to grow it carefully.

While it sounded too good to be true, I heard from a lot of people in my circle of friends and coworkers who had invested in that Company, which was called NL Technologies.

For the first few months I was receiving dividends without any issues, and everything seemed fine. But then, around April of 2017, I started hearing that there may be some issues with the company.

After their response I started expressing my concerns regarding the investment to a friend who advised me to talk to an attorney. That attorney was Mr. Hamza.

When I came to Mr. Hamza's office I explained to him the situation and expressed all my concerns. He listened carefully and showed great care for my concerns and my financial well-being. He told me he couldn't guarantee any outcome but that he would do his best to help me.
